Problem:  The community response to the Acorn Children’s Academy has been tremendous - BUT now we must turn away prospective students because of lack of room.  Our lack of room is NOT with building standards - (we are authorized up to 99 students plus staff) but rather we feel that at our current size we have hit our quality limit.  Our oldest kids (“Afterschoolers”) really need their own space because their energy levels are different than the younger kids.   Our director needs private office space to counsel with parents and prospective clients.

Solution:  Our neighbors next door are letting their lease go.  We can acquire the next suite (Suite #3) which represents an additional 1,000 ft² of floor space.  We intend to acquire the space anyway - but cannot yet afford the build-out to utilize the space.

Goal:  Expand our corporate foot-print from 3,500 ft² to 4,500 ft².
