Problem:  The Acorn Children’s Academy cannot leverage the capitalization of the facility because it is a tenant resident.  This means we are subject to lease limitations and increasing cost of lease over time.  Lease cost portion of our operations represents 100% loss.

Solution:  Expand the operation to 60% of the facility.  Acquire title to the building either solely or as a split partnership with the other permanent tenant.  Leverage the capitalization of the operation and reduced monthly relative lease into increased services and salaries for employees.  Provide better quality of services to community.

Goal:  Expand our corporate foot-print from 4,500 ft² to 9,500 ft².  

Background:  The original 3,000 ft² facility build-out of Suites #1 and #2 of the Pepperwood Plaza facility at 1619 Curlew in Ammon of year 2016 cost approximately $35,000.  The figures listed below represent a good-faith estimate based upon the original build-out figures of year 2015.
